Or, as my vegan daughter likes to say “Why buy the whole strawberry field, when all that you really need are a few strawberries?”

FOUR BASIC SERVICE MODALITIES

At Baker, Keilani, & Azai, LLC, we provide our clients with 4 basic service modalities in pertinence to the legal services that we provide:

(1) Attorney Coaching & Advising With Pro-Se Preparation (ACAPP)

This first modality is best for the Client who has a case which requires little or no interaction in pertinence to an adversary OR such that the Client is capable, with assistance, to represent him or herself in court, negotiations, etc.. This is, by far, the least expensive of all of our service modalities.

In addition to One-On-One Attorney Coaching and Consultation, as a part of our ACAPP program, we also offer Online & In-Person Classes that are taught by experienced, Licensed Attorneys. These classes help to assure that our ACAPP Clients are optimally educated, trained, and prepared for whatever legal challenges they may need to contend with.

(2) Limited Scope “Appearance Attorneys”

This 2nd modality is often used in conjunction with modality 1, above.

In reference to Limited Scope “Appearance Attorneys.” we provide you with an experienced, well-qualified, licensed attorney who will be present, and represent you, for a singular event or for a limited number of events that you specify – for example, a court hearing, negotiation session, an arbitration meeting, etc..

(3) Full Scope Representation

With “Full Scope” Representation, one of our high-caliber licensed attorneys will represent you by attending to any and all particulars of your case, from beginning to end. For Full Service Representation, we require an initial retainer, which we will hold in an escrow retainer account, and which we will bill against, subject to the terms of our Representation Agreement with you. While not the least expensive modality, Full Scope Representation is still sometimes the best and most appropriate option, depending upon the particulars of the case.
